Alaric is a Pediatrics resident at Boston Children's Hospital on the accelerated research pathway. He recieved his MD and PhD from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Medicine. He completed his Computational and Systems Biology dissertation research on Microbial Ecology and antibiotic resistance genes in the Dantas Lab. Following residency, Alaric will do fellowship training in Pediatrics Infectious Diseases at Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School and conduct research at the Harvard School of Public Health. After training, Alaric hopes to lead his own research group studying microbial ecology and antibiotic resistance.
